Refunds & Transfers
Tickets are Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable
Once a ticket has been issued, it cannot be refunded under any circumstances, nor can it be transferred to another passenger. This applies to all fare types, routes, and booking channels. No exceptions will be made regardless of the reason for cancellation — including illness, personal emergencies, or schedule changes on the part of the passenger.

Date Changes & Amendments
Date Changes Cost USD $50 & Must Be Made 12 Hours in Advance
Passengers wishing to change their travel date may do so subject to the following conditions:

Amendment fee: A flat fee of USD $50 applies to every date change request, payable at the time of amendment.

Advance notice: All amendments must be requested at least 12 hours before the original scheduled departure. Requests made after this window will not be accepted.

Ticket validity: Tickets are valid for a maximum of 3 months from the date of issue. Amendments cannot extend travel beyond this window. Expired tickets have no value and will not be reinstated.

No-Shows
No-Shows Are Non-Refundable
Passengers who fail to present themselves for boarding at the scheduled departure time — without having made an amendment in advance — will be considered a no-show. No-show tickets carry no residual value and will not be refunded, exchanged, or reinstated under any circumstances. The full fare is forfeited.

Important: These policies are non-negotiable and apply uniformly to all passengers. Sabar Airlines staff are not authorised to grant exceptions at the point of check-in or boarding. All requests must go through our reservations office.

How to Request a Date Amendment
Contact our reservations team by email at info@sabarairlines.com or visit our office at Hadhwanaag Mall, Hargeisa.
Provide your booking reference, full name, and original travel date along with your preferred new travel date.
The USD $50 amendment fee must be paid in full before the change is confirmed. The amendment is not processed until payment is received.
All amendment requests must be submitted at least 12 hours before your originally scheduled departure time. Late requests will not be processed.
Your new travel date must fall within 3 months of the original ticket issue date. No extensions beyond this window are permitted.

Note: Seat availability on your preferred new date is not guaranteed. We recommend requesting amendments as early as possible to secure your preferred travel date.
