Travel Guidelines

Everything you need to know before you fly with Sabar Airlines — clear, simple, and straight to the point.

Check-In
Online check-in opens 24 hours before departure and closes 2 hours before.
Airport check-in closes 60 minutes before domestic flights and 90 minutes before international flights.
Arrive at the airport with ample time. Late check-in may result in denied boarding with no refund.
Required Documents
All passengers must carry a valid government-issued photo ID or passport at all times.
International travel: A valid passport with at least 6 months validity beyond the travel date is required.
Visas: It is the passenger's responsibility to obtain all required visas and entry permits before travel.
Ensure your name on the booking exactly matches the name on your travel document.

Excess baggage fees apply to any luggage beyond the allowance. Charges are calculated per kilogram at check-in. Pre-purchase excess baggage online for a discounted rate.

Prohibited & Restricted Items

Strictly Prohibited

Explosives, flammable liquids, firearms (undeclared), illegal drugs, and hazardous chemicals are not permitted on any Sabar Airlines flight.

Restricted in Cabin

Liquids over 100 ml, sharp objects, and lithium batteries above 160 Wh must be placed in checked baggage or declared at check-in.

Sporting Equipment

Oversized or specialist sports equipment (bicycles, golf clubs, diving gear) must be pre-declared and may incur an additional handling fee.

Valuable Items

Cash, jewellery, electronics, and important documents should be kept in your carry-on. Sabar Airlines is not liable for valuables in checked bags.

Fares & Tickets
Displayed fares are for return journeys unless otherwise stated.
Fares are subject to availability and may change due to currency fluctuations and government tax regulations.
All tickets are governed by Sabar Airlines Conditions of Carriage as displayed during the booking process.
Review applicable fare rules before completing your purchase — some fares are non-refundable or carry change fees.
Book early for the best available fares.
Changes & Cancellations
Flight changes must be requested at least 24 hours before departure. Changes made closer to departure may not be accepted.
Cancellations and refunds are subject to the fare conditions of your ticket type.
No-shows forfeit the ticket value unless covered by a flexible fare or travel insurance.
In the event of a flight cancellation by Sabar Airlines, passengers will be rebooked on the next available flight or offered a full refund.
Special Assistance & Travelling with Children
Passengers requiring wheelchair assistance, medical equipment, or other special services must notify us at least 48 hours before departure.
Infants (under 2 years) travel on a lap at a reduced fare. One infant per adult only.
Unaccompanied minors (ages 5–15) must be pre-arranged through our reservations team before booking.
Passengers with medical conditions may be required to present a fit-to-fly certificate issued by a licensed physician.
On Board
Sabar Airlines operates a smoke-free environment on all flights, including e-cigarettes.
Electronic devices may be used in flight mode only once permitted by the crew.
Follow all crew instructions at all times. Disruptive or abusive behaviour will result in denied boarding or legal action.
Seat belts must be fastened when the fasten seat belt sign is illuminated.
